Love the kayaking pictures!! After purchasing kayaks this spring, my boyfriend and I have been paddling in quite a few beautiful places around Oregon. Lost Lake, near Mt. Hood was breathtaking!! We are heading to Clear Lake (source of the McKenzie River) next weekend and I can’t wait! Your caprese looks awesome too :)

I love the beauty of the Northwest! On our last visit to Sunriver (2 years ago,….how sad), we did more hiking in the Paulina peak/falls area…loved it. Have you ever canoed on Spring River in Sunriver? beautiful, cold, crystal clear and you can find the spring on an off shoot.
