I think Minted is going to be my new favourite place to shop. Such lovely products, I already want one of everything. You put together such a beautiful presentation. And that cake is stunning.

My mothers day is going to be strange this year. It’s always bittersweet because I lost my mom when I was young. But this year my daughter ships out on mothers day for 3 to 4 months. My son is flying in this week so we can hang out for a week but we goofed and booked his flight on mothers day without realizing. So both my kids are leaving at 6 am, oops. I almost lost it when I realized, but I’m lucky. I get 8 days of non-stop time with them before they go. So excited!!! Can never get enough time with them.

I’m co-hosting a bridal shower in a couple weeks, and this is going to be the cake! The bride-to-be is gf, so I was thinking of a flourless chocolate cake – but I think the kahlua will make a great cake even better! Thanks for posting it!

I too love custom cards and wrapping paper! We always take my mom to the nursery and she picks out new plants for her pots in the garden which she loves!
