I would make your Paprika Chicken! That looks amazing!!
A big, robust beef chili (no beans version) with some cornbread on the side.
My absolute favorite one-pot go to meal is Coq au Vin.
I would make a flavorful pot roast with carrots and potatoes. :-)

Smoked Turkey Kielbasa and cabbage
Warm and yummy cassoulet with Italian sausage and plenty of white beans topped with crispy panko breadcrumbs! A family favorite at our house.
Chicken and rice. That’s a great meal to make in one pot and just about everyone loves chicken!

I love cookin for others and this year over thanksgiving we started putting together care packages that included a jacket, blanket, some pull top canned goods and our plan is to hand these out on Christmas. Would be great to whip up a warm hearty stew to include!

In the spirit of giving, the one-pot meal I would make for another family this holiday season is some turkey chili, one of my personal favorites.
Jambalaya is a favorite one pot meal – made in the stove-to-oven Le Creuset 5 1/2 quart, of course!
I have to say that my one pot meal favorite is chili but I really excited about the One-Pot Paprika Chicken which is how I found the contest!
Louisiana Gumbo is the one-pot meal that people really like (so I’d make that)
