I’d make Arroz Con Pollo- a favorite comfort meal from my grandma!
Chicken noodle soup.
I would make my famous beef stew. It is tasty and delicious. Would love to share with others.
One always well received one dish meal I make is lasagna! Easy to reheat whenever the family you give it to is ready for it and makes great leftovers! Perfect for a grieving family, someone with a new baby or someone who is ill or recovering from surgery!
Thanks for the chance to win!
Smothered pork chops w mushrooms and veggies
I would make a big pot of beef stew.
I love making people Beef (or Chicken) and Noodles. To me, it is the ultimate comfort food that always hits the spot. I am lucky enough to have found a bakery that makes homemade noodles (yes REAL noodles, not egg noodles) & sells them in local grocery stores. They save me tons of time and no one suspects that I did not make them myself……so shhhhh, don’t tell :)
I’m a soup kinda guy, especially during the winter months so I would make an Italian Wedding Soup.
My favorite one pot meal to share is Turkey risotto with peas and bacon.
I love to make chicken pot pies for friends after a baby or surgery.
I think a big pot of homemade vegetable soup would be a great gift.
Hearty beef stew with lots of veggies and big chunks of well seasoned beef, and a batch of homemade rolls to accompany it.
Definitely potato soup. It’s a Christmas tradition!
beef bourguignon
Chili but am going to try your chicken recipe this weekend.
Hearty chicken noodle soup!
I would make a thick chowder soup
After my Fathers surgery, my Uncle made a huge pot of Irish Stew. It was appreciated and enjoyed by my parents. If I won, I would do the same. Make a pot of Irish Stew to share with someone. Probably one of my neighbors still dealing with the remnants of Hurricane Sandy
Vegetable curry! I can smell it now :)
I’d make a big pot of chili. With all the fancier bigger meals, my family loves the informal chili!
Oh my I would love to win this prize. Le Creuset loves to live in my kitchen!! Although there are many delicious one pot meals, around our neck of the woods, anything southwest flavored is most welcome, so it would be an old favorite, Chicken Chili Stew, an old southern living recipe. Thanks so much for the chance.
We always have chili on Christmas Eve. My favorite is Texas-style chili with big chunks of steak mixed right in with the tomatoes and other yumminess. Would love to win!
a big post of Broccoli Cheddar Soup.
I would make Mexican chicken corn chowder with bread bowls to serve in!
vegetarian chili
