My homemade spaghetti sauce topped pasta.
It’s really hard to choose one favorite dish. Braised Beef Short Ribs is right up there, usually flavored with Chile and Coffee, served over some creamy polenta. I’m going to try your paprika chicken. Looks sooo good.
Beautiful set!
Gumbo is my favorite one pot meal to make and eat. My favorite is chicken and andouille sausage.
Beef bourgonione is one of my favorites along with white chicken chili
Pork and cabbage served over rice.

I love making beef bourguignon for Christmas Eve!!!
What a gift collection this is – we love Le Creuaet too!
I would make a ‘not so’ spicy turkey sausage pasta and take to a family in need right now ..
A BIG pot of my clam chowder and a loaf of bread
I would make a big pot of Chicken Noodle Soup for a sick friend.
Creamy Mac and Cheese
Hmmmmm…..I would probably do a soup with crusty bread and salad on the side and a dessert of course
I would make elk steak pot pie, rich with onions, broth, a dark stout and a potato crust.
Beef stew, perfect for the winter!
Chili cheese etouffee!
Rosemary chicken and potatoes!
I would make Chicken Chili to share with a friend or neighbor.
I have to make soup in the beautiful pot
Chicken Tikka Masala with basmati and homemade Naan ….
Right now, it’s a toss up between a super easy white chicken chili (rotisserie chicken, salsa, homemade stock and beans) and sausage, kale, sweet potato and white bean soup. Love one pot meals – especially made in Le Creuset!
