Holly, the reason why I cook this in several larger fillets is because it&#039;s easier to serve, if you remove to a platter. You can also cook in one large fillet, but I find it cooks more evenly when it is divided.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Sandy, I love salmon, and this recipe looks delicious!  I noticed that the 2.5 lb filet is cut into 2-3 pieces before cooking, and the recipe yields 6-8 servings.  Would I cut it again into smaller servings when it is out of the oven, or was that just a mistake in the recipe?  I cannot wait to make this right away!  Thank you!!]]></description>
