You mentioned that you made another version with plums and bananas.. do you do it exactly the same, only swap the fruit? Plums and bananas happen to be at the top of my favorite fruit list! ?. Please share the details, if different than the peach version! Thank you! ?

I’ve never really made an upside down cake…>I think because I always associated it with pineapple and it’s never been a favorite. lol.

Your peach upside-down cake sounds delicious! If I were to make it with canned peaches, about how much would I need? a small can of sliced peaches (drained, of course!) or a large can? Just in case I try it with canned I’d like to know what I will need on hand.
