I put potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage, the corned beef seasoning packet, garlic, a bay leaf, sugar, apple cider vinegar, water and pepper in with the brisket. I can&#039;t believe how tender the meat turned out. Your recipe sounds like it would also be delicious:-)]]></description>
