Global My Way is a trend I am interested in. In the SF Bay Area when we eat out we can choose cuisine from almost any country. We love to try new dishes. Then I love to try to duplicate them at home or dress up an old faithful recipe with a new spice or two.

I’m excited to partner with McCormick again the year for the FF2013 and I am particularly excited about the Global, My Way trend as it’s something I like to do anyway – incorporate global flavours I find on my travels in my everyday dishes.

How exciting for you to be working with McCormick! Out of the 5 trends of global flavor, I would say the one that attracts my cooking style the most is Personally Handcrafted. I like to give homemade baked goods, homemade liquers and vanilla as gifts.
