These boards are no longer available at Pier1 or Pier1.com, especially now that they’re going out of business. Do you have any other suggestions?

What a nice change from the typically Italian antipasto! This would be great any time of the year. Is that a certain kind of avocado? It looks a lot lighter in color to me than what I buy.
