In reply to Wendy Beach. For spice you can add chipotle or cayenne pepper. If you don't mind it not being spicy you can add pickles! Cumin makes a wonderful Mexican slaw (add more cumin!)

We love those blue chips! And I love the idea of eating a slaw like this as dip. I never would have thought to do that, but it look so nice and fresh and flavorful.
