These easy Nutella No Bake Cookies are a fun and nostalgic treat to make in no time at all.  Perfect after school or midnight snack.

Nutella No-Bake Cookies Recipe

Gather these ingredients:

  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Vanilla
  • Nutella
  • Quick oats (we used gluten-free)
  • Granola (we used Birdseed Granola)
  • Almond Flour

These Nutella No-Bake Cookies come together quickly, and after you refrigerate them, dive in and enjoy!

How to make no-bake cookies

  1. Place the butter, sugar, cocoa, milk, salt, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat and cook for a minute.
  2. Stir in Nutella until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the oats, granola, and almond flour and stir until combined and coated.
  4. Drop by large spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
  5. Allow to cool in the fridge. After cooling you can store in sealed container.

NOTE: Cookies are only gluten-free if you use gluten-free granola and oats.

No baking involved

This Nutella No-Bake Cookies Recipe comes together in under 15 minutes. They are the perect treat for any time of day, a party or picnic.

No bake cookies are just that … cookies that require no baking.

You mix the batter and refridgerate the dough (there are no eggs in the dough).

Here’s why I like to freeze them. You can always have a dessert on hand, just in case you have drop-in company!

That is, if your kids don’t find them and eat them ALL.

So when you do head to the garage fridge to grab a little dessert, you are unpleasantly surprised that they are all gone. LOL

Ingredients
 

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Nutella spread
  • 1 cup quick oats, gluten free
  • 1 cup granola, gluten free (we use Birdseed Granola)
  • 2 cups almond flour

Instructions
 

  • Place the butter, sugar, cocoa, milk, salt, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir until melted. Bring the mixture to a boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in Nutella until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the oats, granola, and almond flour and stir until combined and coated.
  • Drop by large spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
  • Allow to cool in the fridge. After cooling you can store in sealed container. Makes 24 large cookies.
  • Cookies can be frozen as well.
