This is devine. Such a delicious recipe. The flavors are wonderful and the whole family enjoys this dish. The kids eat this over jasmine rice, while my husband and I enjoy it over sauted bok choy.

I assume the garlic powder goes in with the broth mixture? That’s what I did. And how about the green onions? with the leeks or as a fresh topping when you serve it? It’s in the oven now and smells GREAT.
