This recipe looks and sounds delicious! I love that you put the salmon on top of the broccoli! Also you and your husband are adorable! You certainly don’t look like you’re soon-to-be empty nesters!

That looks delicious! We’ll be trying it soon. My 12-year-old is learning to cook, and the first way I taught him to cook salmon (because we didn’t have any lemon in the house) was to use the Lawry’s salmon seasoning as a rub. It’s a good back-up plan when we remember to pull some salmon from the freezer but have an otherwise empty fridge/pantry. I also really like Jamie Oliver’s Salmon Tikka.

My favorite go to for salmon is a teriyaki marinade my mom gave me years ago. I also like to combine mayo, garlic, parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese…cook salmon for a bit then spread the mixture on top and cook till bubbly. YUMMY!!
