What a beautiful salmon recipe! I love the “challenge” of a large party but it can knock you flat on your behind by the end (or before it starts). We have a few friends that I feel “safe” experimenting on, but I usually stick with tried and true recipes. I haven’t made salmon in awhile…I’ve been trying to stay away from “farmed” salmon, and the wild is so expensive..my hubby needs to take up fishing…lol
