I have a jar in my frig now awaiting the burgers coming tomorrow for dinner. As a girl that grew up in Oregon (Maupin, Salem, Portland), I love your posts. Many fun vacations spent in SunRiver with my husband and boys so it is a very special place for me.

I'm a collector of the Junior League cookbooks from around the US and I often find recipes you mention in one of my books.

Thank you for your articles. I gave one of the boards and books to my youngest son who now shares it at his VRBO in FL.
