I adore farro, and this fried “rice” dish is just beautiful. The pineapple and shrimp together really add something.

I have yet to eat faro. I am looking forward to doing so. Wow how lucky you had fried rice so often when you were growing up. This version looks just about perfect to me. Why do I read a food blog prior to eating lunch? I must be a masochist.
