The sauce on the chicken was great. I used G Hughes sweet and spicy bbq sauce and didn’t add my pineapple til just before serving because it was fresh. I removed the chicken and was able to reduce the sauce in the crockpot by turning it up to high for the allotted time. No need for an extra pot. The coleslaw was delicious, the fresh lime juice and cilantro really made it pop. I also added fresh corn.
