This is always my one of my go-to-recipes for holiday potluck dinners or even when hosting.  Delicious!!! I need to write this recipe in a notebook at some point because I search for this recipe every year.

Second time making it in a week. The only change I made was to put less olive in the dressing. When I take it to work for lunch I put the blue cheese on the side and add it when I eat it. It was such a nice salad where I felt I was eating something at least a little bit healthy with all the heavy food.
