In a stand mixer, beat butter with sugar, salt, nutmeg, vanilla, orange zest, and cardamom.
Zest about 1 Tbsp from the orange! You can also add more if you prefer.

There’s no mention of these ingredients in the instructions. Also, is the whole orange to be zested? No mention of quantity of zest or if you’re using any juice from the orange.
