These are so creative. I love that you baked them in the waffle iron. I would make Caesar salad bites with these by brushing them with a bit of water before baking and then sprinkling with grated parmesan so they are a bit like a crouton. Then I would fill them with Caesar-dressed romaine and top with a halved cherry tomato or two.

I first fell in love with Nutella while in France where street vendors just brushed it on crepes. Great idea for Puff Pastry. Can’t wait to try it.
