The first time I made these, they came out perfectly. The second time I made them, they were very dry. I think it was because I used a stand up mixer the second time compared to a hand mixer. I say this because I’m sure I over mixed it, and that’s easier to do with a stand up mixer than a hand mixer. I think the ingredients need to be -just mixed- to keep them moist.
