Hi, just put this in the oven. I am wondering if it should be just 1 cup of pumpkin? The batter seemed VERY pumpkiny, had a distinct squash flavor. Maybe I am wrong, hopefully it will come out ok.

We so love camping in our ’89 Westy with our two boys. We down sized from a trailer so that we could pick and go whenever we get the camping urge. It is a wonderful way to go. Love your Westy and the recipe looks delicious!

We don’t camp as much as we’d like because it’s not simple-having something like this would sure make it easier. And the kids could take a tent outside…I’m seeing lots of possibilities here :)

How fun is this!! I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a VW “Westy”… and to answer your question.. My hubby and I are dreaming about this… for later in life. Right now.. it means him getting out of school full-time – first. Which the end is surely in sight! PTL!

and of course, the bread looks scrumptious!! I haven’t thought to pair those two… pumpkin and raspberry. Yumm!
