Wow. This quiche turned out delicious! Followed the recipe but used a gluten free pie shell and a mix of Gruyère and jarlsberg cheese.

In reply to Dave Lacy. We used a 9-inch pie dish, but you can also use 8-inch.

Planning to make tomorrow.

Recipe doesn’t recommend size of pie dish to use.

please suggest the size for the basic recipe.
