Ever since going to Italy in the summer of 2007, I have fallen in love with Caprese Salad. I LOVE all the ways you serve it up in these suggestions!! My favorite is the one on the toothpicks. I def will have to try that one! I tend to get recipe-bound, but I am trying to grow in the area of thinking outside the box, and getting creative in my cooking. Thanks for this website.

I just had caldera last night…absolutely one of the yunmiest things. My standard way is everything chopped into little pieces and thrown together (with chery tomatoes) but that sandwich looks amazing.
