We do a lot of family dinners and we almost always have ice cream with fresh fruit on top for dessert! My mom would love this!

I always feel stressed when I have people over if I don’t plan well. I like to have lots of dishes pre-prepped and maybe one hands on dish and one that has to be re-heated. I think I learned that from Ina Garten. Plan, plan, plan and then relax.
