I am totally posting (I mean pinning) this…gosh I’m tired….a quick (lol) drive up to the Seattle Passport agency early this morning and i’m pooped! I could use one of those meals…anyways….I love all things gnocchi!!!! So I PINNED this to make later.

I find that I do love having people over, but one of my favorite things is bringing food to others (whether it’s kids working a fundraiser, or to my daughter when she’s at work, someone who is sick or just had a baby) or feeding a group of soccer players)..that to me is fun.

I like making food to take to other people. When my mom had cancer and we were only five minutes apart I cooked and made her something daily. It is nice to be able to help in some way.

This recipe looks great. I bought some gnocchi at Trader Joe’s and I haven’t used it yet. I’ll give this a try.

I make homemade soups/stews to take to shut-ins, people who have had surgery, sick, etc. at my church. I work everyday so this quick and simple recipe would be perfect. I would love to hear more about how you started the meals ministry at your church. This is something very dear to my heart, but I work everyday and would definitely need help doing this. Can you give me any ideas, tips, etc?
