thank you for this recipe, my pork loin recipes are definitely hit or miss, so many just don’t work for some reason, and am in TJ’s every other day so will look forward to trying this version

This is such a great recipe idea. IF I wanted it to have more of a carnitas flavor, do you recommend a different sauce and maybe the addition of a freshly squeezed orange?
Also, do you have any crockpots you recommend?
