Love, Love… Love ❤️this banana bread recipe. Simple and delicious!😋
I use 3/4 cup sugar instead of a cup, increased the vanilla a bit and us 1/2 (or more) wheat flour.

I have also shared this recipe with my sister and she loves it 😍
We are going to try this recipe with zucchini because we can not find a good one for zucchini.

My grand daughter loves this recipe. could this be used for pumpkin bread (swap out bananas)? I’ve never made pumpkin bread, but the texture of this recipe is divine!
