					<description><![CDATA[I don’t particularly enjoy baking but my toddler does and he always insists on chocolate cake. We happened to have all of the ingredients for this one so gave it a whirl. I would use less banana because the banana flavor is quite pronounced and I think it overpowers the chocolate. I also find it strange that there are three different types of fat in here. Also, not sure how on earth I was supposed to fold the wet ingredients into the wet chocolate paste. But the texture of the finished cake is nice, if a bit flat, probably because I had to really mix to incorporate the two bowls of wet ingredients together. I’d probably go for a more traditional approach and do all dry in one bowl and all wet in another, then mix together to reduce stirring. ]]></description>
