The addition of a sprinkle of goat cheese is heaven on this salad. Had it tonight and added the goat cheese after a few bites. Yum!

I completely agree with your tips! I cannot handle a cluttered or dirty kitchen – it clutters my mind & I cannot think clearly or work efficiently – so I’m CONSTANTLY tidying it up!! I also noticed that when we moved into our current house, which has a much more efficient & beautiful kitchen, I was inspired to cook more & eat out less! My husband has been quite happy with this!! Lol! Quick question, when you add cooked chicken to a recipe like this, what’s your favorite, go to, way to cook the chicken beforehand? Thank you!!
