Hi Sandy, sounds like you are enjoying your patio evenings to the max. It will be a few weeks yet for us to play catch-up but we are looking forward to it. I keep extra boxes of Girl Scout Thin Mints in the freezer and sandwich a tablespoon or so of ice cream between two for yummy mini ice cream sammies. Everyone seems to love them and you can whip up a batch in no time. Love your posts!

I love it! How fun!! The only dessert in my freezer is All Natural Breyers Black Raspberry Chocolate Ice Cream. It’s fabulous! But…pair the brownies with this ice cream. Over-the-moon!

Do you think it would be practical or cute to wrap them individually in waxed or parchment paper to freeze and serve?
