Amazing! we season the meat with taco seasoning as it cooked then added the required measurements, a little lettuce and tomato and topped with a nacho cheese sauce (we had tortilla chips and cheese as a side)
It’s very rare we have a recipe that doesn’t need a tweak but this one was perfect!
1 pound of meat made 4 sandwiches will probably increase to 1.5 p and make adjustments from there 😃
