i used rotelles instead of green chiles. and mild enchilada sauce. Also added lettuce and salsa on top. Very good. thanks

I make something very similar to this however I bake it in a spring form pan and slice it up like pie. Yours looks delish!

I absolutely LOVE Bend! We used to go on trips to Sunriver every single summer and some of my best childhood memories are made in that area. One day, I hope to move there ourselves. Good luck with the move! And this looks like a great meal!
