This is such a delicious & easy meal. It comes together quickly and is so good. My husband and I both couldn’t wait to have leftovers the next day. 

This meal would be great to serve for company. It not only tastes good but it also looks pretty. And serving risotto just sounds fancy. 

I will definitely be making this meal again.
