I'm not a Black Friday shopper either. Our family tradition is to head out to a place called Santa's Woods and cut down a Christmas tree for our home and now our married children have to find their own trees too. The grandchildren love it as much as we do! Also, thanks for this recipe. I'm going to make it today!

I went black Black Friday shopping last year when it started on Thursday night and got some great stuff. We didn't get into the crazy lines to wait. We waited for the dust to settle, then went in the stores. This year, everything I wanted was available online, so I ordered things from the privacy of my own home and in my jammies to boot!! The only way to go.

We traveled and ate out on Thanksgiving with elderly family so finally today we are home! Laundry and prepping for our own homemade turkey dinner for Sunday is what I am doing today. Cleaning out the fridge, prepping for holiday cooking, my husband and son putting up Christmas lights outside... happy holiday busy-ness. Looking forward to your no apologies series next week. Have a great weekend everyone!
