Sometimes if we have unexpected guests which isn’t often…we’re gone so much that people know not to just drop in, but I will often make up some popcorn if they’re going to be awhile.

I roll them into balls too. It makes it easier when it’s time to bake them. Usually around Christmas is when I do most of my big cookie baking so I always freeze a variety of the cookies I’m making at the time. It works out great.
