					<description><![CDATA[This looks very good. I will make it and probably freeze half and hope that turns out well. I have been making a similar pesto béchamel sauce and freezing it with a little olive oil on top to help prevent darkening.  It&#039;s a great sauce to pull from the freezer, warm gently and serve with pasta. That part of the recipe is identical.   And I say why limit cooking/entertaining to one style....be flexible and do both.  If you make this again and/or freeze it please share that with us.
