Instructions
Gather a large board with several plates and bowls.

While the bacon is baking in the oven, scramble the eggs, and cook the sausage.
Place the eggs and bacon on one plate, and the sliced tomatoes and cheese on another plate and set on the board.
Heat the hash browns.
Assemble the remaining ingredients on the board for a "self serving" make-your-own biscuit-sandwich board.
Optional to heat the biscuit sandwiches in the oven at 300 degrees to warm them up and melt the cheese, about 15 minutes.
Once the sandwiches are made, simply arrange them on a sheet tray and bake until the cheese just begins to melt (tip: use small skewers to mark whose sandwich is whose when baking).
As the sandwiches bake, let your guests graze on the seasonal fruit, or make themselves a light yogurt bowl with crunchy nuts and granola.
Sprinkle the eggs with fresh chives.
Serve with fig jam.
How do you make a biscuit sandwich?
Build the sandwich like this. First, slice open the biscuit and spread fig jam on one side (or both, depending on how sweet you like the sandwich).Next, add a hash brown pattie, followed by a slice of cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, and more eggs.Place the top of the biscuit on top of the sandwich. Squish together with your fingers. Optional to pop in the oven to bake or heat in the microwave to melt the cheese more. DIG IN!
