Made on the 12 x 24 BIG BOARD.
This St. Patrick’s Day charcuterie board is the perfect treat to bring out on St. Paddy’s day! Loaded with easy treats, pass the Guinness!
Ingredients
Corned Beef, sliced, not canned
Sauerkraut
Soda Bread, or small rye pieces
butter, sprinkle with sea salt and a few sprinkles of parsley
Potato chips
Brown mustard
Cadbury Diary Milk Chocolate Bar
Cucumber, sliced
Small baby dill pickles
Dubliner cheese, sliced + some 1/2” cubes
4large pretzels
Green pepper, slice the top off
1smallonion dip
salami wrapped around cheese sticks
Instructions
Slice the top off of a green pepper and fill with dip; set on the board.
In small bowls, fill with potato chips, pickles, sauerkraut, mustard, and butter, and set on the board. Lay the large pretzels down the center of the board.
Fan out the sliced cucumber, corned beef, and bread. Fill in open areas with chocolate salalmi rolls, and cheese.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley. Add chopped parsley to the small butter bowl.
Serve - let everyone make their own snack plate or mini corned beef sandwich.
