Made on 20” big board.
Ingredients
2sleevesround butter crackers
6 ozsalami slices, the same size as the crackers
4ozmixed cheese slices
1large canmandarin oranges, drained
6-8strawberries, sliced
2-3kiwis, sliced
dried cherries, to fill in space
1small canpineapple, or fresh chunks
1banana sliced, put in lemon juice so it doesn’t get brown
1/2cupblueberries
1/2cupraspberries
1/2cuppurple grapes
1/2cupgreen grapes
1green melon
1cantaloupe
Whipping cream:
heavy whipping cream
powdered sugar
vanilla extract
Instructions
Make the fruit dip by whipping the cream until stiff peaks form. Whip in the powdered sugar and vanilla. Transfer it to a small bowl and add it to the center of the board.
Layer the round crackers around the outside of the board and top them with a piece of salami and a triangle of cheese.
Make flowers with pineapple chunks/blueberries. And with mandarin oranges and grapes. And with banana slices.
Arrange the remaining fruit around the board, filling in the gaps. Sprinkle the dried cherries around.
