3 1/2Tbsp.coconut butter, not oil, it uses the full coconut
1Tbsp.coconut oil
1Tbsp.maple syrup
1tsp.vanilla
Pinchof salt
Instructions
Puree hazelnuts until super fine in a food processor.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and coconut butter; add coconut oil, vanilla, salt, cocoa powder, and maple syrup and heat until melted, gently stirring.
After stirring, when smooth remove from heat and add to blended hazelnuts. Blend until fully combined.
Final product will be grainy and rich (not super smooth), but homemade and natural!
