You can substitute the blackberries for blueberries if desired.
Ingredients
1large watermelon, cubed
2-3cupsblackberries
4tablespoonsmint leaves, finely chopped
3-4lime
Sea salt, optional
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the watermelon chunks. Layer the blackberries on top. Top with chopped mint.
Right before serving, squeeze 3-4 limes over the salad. Gently toss (or not, if you like the layered look), and garnish with more fresh mint. Add fresh sea salt (optional).
