Ingredients

pork spareribs
,
or beef, boneless or with bone in

onion finely chopped
½
c
celery chopped
1
garlic clove
,
minced
2
cups
ketchup
¼
c
cider vinegar

Tbsp.
lemon juice
2
Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
3
Tbsp.
brown sugar
1
tsp.
dry mustard
2
tsp.
salt

tsp.
pepper
Instructions
In a large frying pan, heat oil on medium heat for 2 minutes. Brown ribs on all sides, for 2-3 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients; mix well. Transfer ribs to 9×13 pan. Pour sauce over ribs; cover with foil.
Bake at 300 for 3 hrs. Pour the sauce over the ribs; serve!
For camping or reheating, place the cooked ribs on a barbecue and sear. Warm the sauce in a sauce pan. Pour over the ribs; serve!
