This sweet and salty popcorn mix is perfect for game day, movie night, potlucks, and every day snacking! Makes 12-14 cups.
Ingredients
8cupsplain popcorn, about 1/3 cup popcorn kernels, lightly salted
2cupssmall pretzels
1/2cuphoney
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupcreamy almond butter
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonalmond extract
1cupdried cranberries
1cupwhite chocolate chips
1container Blue Diamond Toasted Coconut Almonds
Instructions
Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl. Add the pretzels and set aside.
Mix the honey and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the almond butter. Quickly stir until all the almond butter is melted, stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
Immediately pour the almond butter mixture over the popcorn and pretzels. Add in the cranberries and white chocolate chips and almonds. Gently stir until well-coated (you may want to use your hands).
