Makes 12 pretzel rolls.
TIP: TIP: If you want more eggs and less bread, then scoop out more bread and scramble a couple m0re eggs to the recipe!
Ingredients

pretzel rolls

eggs
1/2
cup
heavy cream
6
strips
precooked bacon
,
cooked & crumbled
1/2
cup
gruyere cheese
,
grated
2
green onions
,
thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Scoop out the center of each roll, about 1/2 inch to the bottom.
Beat the eggs and cream in a mixing bowl. Gently whisk in the cheese, bacon, and one green onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the precooked bacon in microwave for 1 minute. Cool; break into small pieces.
Divide the mixture into each roll, placing on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until egg mixture is set in the center.
Allow to cool for about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish each roll with remaining avocado slices, tomato, and green onion.
