Steamed & Peeled Baby Beets
,
drained

can Bush’s Cannellini beans
,
or Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained

large garlic clove
,
chopped
1/4
cup
tahini
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4
cup
olive oil
3-4
T.
fresh Thyme
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Best served cold. Flavor gets even better if hummus sits for a few hours.
