1package Columbus Pastrami
Corned beef, leftovers, sliced thickly, or optional cured meat or ham
1tub Sharp Cheddar Pub Cheese, Trader Joe's
1tub Avocado Tzatziki Dip, Trader Joe's
1tub Vegan Kale Cashew Basil Pesto, Trader Joe's
1pkg Sharp White Cheddar Cracker Barrel Cheese, sliced (or Dubliner)
1pkg Creamy Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
1cucumber, sliced
1small loaf goat cheese
Grapes
Pistachios
Dark chocolate peanut butter cups, gold wrapping
Organic Sweet Potato Crackers, I found at Costco
Optional: toasts or small pieces of Rye bread
Instructions
Arrange on a large platter 3 small dishes with the pub cheese, dip and pesto. Around the small bowls, arrange the rest of the food, saving the pistachio nuts and chocolate pieces for filling in the open spaces.
