Epic Hot Dog Board for 12

  • 12 premium hot dog rolls
  • 12 polish sausage hot dogs
  • 48 oz mustard potato salad
  • Ketchup and mustard to drizzle on the dogs
  • 1 small watermelon, cut into chunks
  • Grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Green relish
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Ranch dip
  • Guacamole dip
  • 8 oz bag sour cream potato chips
  • 8 oz bag BBQ potato chips


  • Prepare a large platter or board, big enough for 12 hot dogs. Add parchment paper if not food safe.
  • In the center of the epic board, place a large bowl of potato salad.
  • Next place 2 bowls of fruit (mixed berries and grape, watermelon).
  • Around the outside, lay down the 12 buns. Optional to toast the buns ahead of time.
  • Grill the hot dogs (or cook on stovetoand place in the buns. Optional to add ketchup and mustard.
  • Lay down 3 bowls of onions and ranch dip and guacamole.
  • Fill in the areas with potato chips and serve!
  • Don’t forget the napkins!
