corn cobs

cut off the cob in large chunks

tri tip

cooked and thinly sliced

grape tomatoes

halved

large cucumber

thinly sliced

large package fresh basil
Dill pickles
Sliced red onion
Trader Joe’s aioli garlic mustard sauce
Skewers to hold together
Instructions
Assembly required! This is a “build your own bites” board.
Prepare a large platter or board to be food safe. In 3 small bowls place the pickles, mustard, and onions. Lay in the center of the board.
On the outside of the board arrange the naan dippers. Next to the dippers place the pre-cooked tri tip.
Cut the corn off the cobs in large chunks and lay down next to the tri tip.
Next layer the cucumber slices and tomatoes.
In the center of the board lay down the skewers and fill in open spaces with fresh basil.
Serve and enjoy!
